About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Texas Reach Media. As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience while supporting our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, and team members with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office calendars.
Handle mail, deliveries, and basic office supplies management.
Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
